Art Studio
In 2021, STARS started an art program to encourage creativity and relationship building. Foundation support has helped the program grow to serve 16 participants a week. Participants share their work with the community through art exhibits and sell t-shirts and cards they’ve designed! Staff and family have seen improvements in confidence and self-worth from all the participants.

Patio Space
Shepherd’s Heart provides dinner twice a week to guests who shop at the food pantry. Funding was provided to create an outdoor space for families to enjoy a meal outdoors with others when the weather is nice. Photos coming June 2024.

Partner since 2016. Shepherd’s Heart has a food pantry and offers services in budgeting, job coaching, financial support and more.
Bathroom Renovation
RRM Men’s Overnight Shelter was in critical need of an updated shower room. Funding allowed for complete renovation to better serve their guests.

Rockford Rescue Mission
Partner since 2017. RRM is a homeless shelter in Rockford, IL with several services to help people find personal and spiritual wholeness.
